Football Legend Jim Tressel Waxes Philosophy on Ohio State Football Champions and How to Subdue a Wolverine

Jim Tressel is now the president of Youngstown State University where in an earlier life he served as the the head football coach for fifteen seasons and led that the team to 4 1-AA National Championships.
As head coach at The Ohio State University for 10 seasons, in 2002 Tressel earned the team its first 14-0 record in college football since 1897 and won the BCS national championship.
Tressel was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2015.
When comparing the pro game to college game, Tressel cited major differences in how programs are run, primary that college players are student athletes and graduation is of upmost importance.
As for the NFL, the importance of winning is primary and is the leading decision maker for all team moves.
