Dehydration may be your worst enemy, and you probably didn’t know it! Today’s post will not be the usual length, but the content itself is one of the most important things out there. Are you drinking enough water? Its one of the most important things to do, but most people are not on top of it. Do you wake up sluggish and with a headache? When one wakes up first thing in the morning, the body is very dehydrated and needs hydration very quickly.

The first thing I do upon waking is to take my Isotonix vitamins; they’re liquid so I take them first and I don’t want them diluted. Then, ten minutes later, drink 32 oz of water to hydrate my body. We look so lean first thing in the the morning be cause we are so dehydrated. Then it is necessary to wait a bit before eating, because the water will slow down your digestion process. This is important when eating the rest of your day, water or liquids should be taken separate from food, because of how it slows down the digestion process.

It really depends on the person, but I can only tell you what I do. In a day, I will take in up to 120 oz of water, in order to properly hydrate and make my system function. Its the most plentiful thing in your body, so make sure you are hydrated! However, I do not recommend exceeding 120 oz, because you can dilute the natural minerals in your body and become very ill due to it. The elements I’m referring to are salt and potassium, also known as electrolytes. Dehydration can stop you in your tracks quickly. Go out there and conquer the day!
